What it all comes down to, is that you receive what you believe. A lot of this originates from our childhood. Not a lot of people know or understand that we are only using 5% of our conscious mind. All the rest of the things we say, hear, do comes from the 95% of preprogrammed thinking. Did you know that you have the ability to change the way you think, speak, & view the world. Forming new neural pathways seems like a mighty task at the beginning. As with anything the more you practice something, the easier it becomes. 

I have been forging new neural pathways for the last 6 years. When I began this journey I was completely lost about who I was. When I was hurt, angry and broke. I was in survivor mode. I exposed unhealed parts of myself from my childhood and a life of numbing the pain through drugs and alcohol.

To be clear about things when I had my children I devoted myself to being a good mom. I gave up everything that would not serve me or my little family. What I didn't do was address the underlying cause of so much numbing. So when I was ready to deal with all that, undealt with pain and suffering, it raged to the surface.

I was a fucking mess for about 2 years. Then one day I woke the fuck up, and took massive action.

Things were really hard for a while. Groceries from the food bank, stuff like that. I had made a vow to end the cycle of abuse in my family. What a challenge that has been. I have had to undo a lot of programming from my childhood. Things like; I was never good enough, something was wrong with me. It was part of a really shitty story I had been telling and retelling myself for 36 years....

I reached out to all the community resources. I made sure to cover every base on this quest I had created for myself. I then came across Reiki. I took level l, then decided to take level ll. This also opened up an avenue to make an income and work from home.  As a single mom this option makes life for me and my children so much easier.

What is Reiki? 

Reiki is the ability to heal with energy and frequency through meditation. It removes blockages of energy within the body and allows lower energetic vibrations to "git" Really cool stuff. It gave me a whole new level of health. As well as igniting my passion for personal growth & development.
